Russia proposes China to create open Eurasian film awards similar to the Oscars

Russian Culture Minister Olga Lyubimova said that the Russian side proposed to China to create an Open Eurasian Film Award and a Film Academy.
Proposal was submitted to the 23rd session of the Culture Subcommittee of the Russia-China Commission on Humanitarian Cooperation.
“China – one of the leading countries in the field of film production and its support in this initiative is important to us”, — Lyubimova wrote on her Telegram channel.
