The law that entrusting the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation with the power to establish a list of conditions under which first aid is provided to soldiers in war and combat operations, signed Russian President Vladimir Putin. The document was published on the official legal acts portal on Saturday.

The law was adopted on June 7, approved by the Federation Council on June 8. Its purpose is to improve the medical support of military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, as well as other units and military units and bodies in wartime, conducting military or combat operations, conducting combat, combat training, service combat. and operational-service tasks “in the field of defense”.
