Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting of the Human Rights Council on Wednesday that Russia will continue to consistently fight for its national interests.
“First by peaceful means, but if that doesn't help, by all available means.” ,” said the president.
The head of state was quoted by the RIA Novosti agency.
At the beginning of the meeting, Vladimir Putin called on the members of the HRC to discuss the situation in non-governmental organizations in the process, as well as to talk about the special operation and the protection of the rights of the people of Donbas.
