Later, the channel published a comment from presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskova: “Putin always controls the country's nuclear forces.”
The report points out that the “black suitcase” in the hands of the naval officer turned out to be the same suitcase that is always carried behind the president of Russia and with the help of which nuclear forces can be controlled.
