Ukraine's ambassador to the United Kingdom, Vadim Prystaiko, told Sky News that Kyiv had withdrawn some of its troops to the Belarusian border.
“We have to keep troops in northern Ukraine, withdraw them from the front line,” he said and added that it is necessary to avoid an attempt to cut the line that connects with the West.
Earlier in the Rivne region of Ukraine, they said that the region continues to build engineering structures and fortifications in the north of the region near the border with Belarus.
