"It turns out that we created the risks there ourselves (Russian Federation – editor's note). So the shelling of the nuclear power plant by the armed forces of Ukraine – what is the Response to risks created by Russia… This is flawed logic, but we are no stranger to it. For six months, we have been watching not only the war of disinformation that has been unleashed against us, but also the war of lies,” said Nebenzya.
