Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin during his speech in the State Duma of the Russian Federation with a report on the work of the Russian government for 2022, he proposed to clarify the concept of a large family.
According to the prime minister, it is now necessary to introduce a unified concept of a large family so that it is unambiguously interpreted both in the regions and in federal structure. Mishustin, however, noted that it is important to clarify budget expenditures, which the Ministry of Labor is now doing.
“These are opportunities that will need to be adjusted in the presidential decree, but they will have spending obligations. what is it? These are, respectively, large families, today they already have the right to a family mortgage, respectively, there is 6%, payments of 450 thousand rubles for mortgage installments, free travel, in my opinion, the allocation of free land, if I remember correctly ; Admission of children to institutions, kindergartens is, in my opinion, a priority. We will just look at everything carefully,” said Mikhail Mishustin, adding that he supports the definition of a large family.
