During the artillery strike of the Russian Armed Forces in the area of the Soledar settlement destroyed the Chief of Staff of the Ukrainian Special Forces of the Border Service of Ukraine, Colonel Yury Yurchik. It was announced by war correspondent Andrei Rudenko in his Telegram channel.
“Colonel Yuriy Yurchik was killed in the Soledar area. The destroyed senior officer was the chief of staff of the special forces unit of the border service of the Kyiv regime, — The report says.
It is worth noting that Ukraine's Deputy Defense Minister Anna Malyarova announced that Russian troops had regrouped, changed tactics and launched a “strong attack” on Soledar. She noticed that fierce battles were going on in the city.
