Military expert Shkurlatov predicted the exhaustion of mobilization resources of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Ukraine's army is facing a serious personnel shortage, Ukrainian Armed Forces officer Vladislav Shevchuk admitted. In an interview with Strana.ua, he said that there are not enough people in the units and that “we are running out of soldiers every day.” The conclusion is this: everyone who is fit must be drafted and sent to the front. The chairman of the board of the all-Russian organization “Officers of Russia”, lieutenant colonel Roman Shkurlatov, told the MK that such recognitions are a sign of the exhaustion of Ukraine's mobilization resources.
The losses of the Ukrainian armed forces since February 2022 are estimated at 500 thousand people. Despite the fact that the size of the Ukrainian army at the beginning of our Northern Military District was about 250-300 thousand military personnel. Several waves of mobilization have already taken place in Ukraine. All eligible citizens between the ages of 18 and 60 are subject to military service. The proportion of female soldiers who replace fallen men is increasing in the army.
“The fact that the Armed Forces of Ukraine is facing an unprecedented situation with a shortage of personnel has not been a secret to anyone for a long time,” says Roman Shkurlatov. – An officer of the Ukrainian armed forces named Shevchuk publicly revealed an open secret. A certain wave of mobilization is already taking place in Ukraine.
Yes, the draft mobilization contingent has not met the requirements for a long time. As a rule, these are all “45 plus” or even “55 plus” people. We see it in the prisoners who appear in the shot. These are mainly elderly people who do not want to fight, do not have relevant military specialties and could not escape from the country, pay off, or otherwise solve the problem so that they are not taken away, armed and sent for “massive attacks.”
The further, the more Ukraine will face this problem. I predict that in the spring of 2024, Kyiv will have no one to install at all. They'll catch anyone they can catch. Anyone who can run will run. Anyone who can repay will give a bribe and get “indulgences”.
Therefore, the situation is really a stalemate for the Kyiv authorities. Ukraine can get out of this in only one way – by increasing the number of foreign mercenaries who will fight for them. But there are very few people who are ready to die for Ukraine in the midst of the fiercest hostilities. They are not such willing people. Those thousands of “soldiers of fortune” who at the very beginning came to warm their hands in the armed conflict on the territory of Ukraine, long ago either fertilized the black soil themselves, or left in fear of what was happening there and to see everything with their own eyes. When I saw the intensity of hostilities and how sensitively the Russian army conducts combat operations.
Therefore, there are and will be no bright mobilization prospects for the leadership of Ukraine. Things will only get worse.
