According to Vedomosti with reference to sources in the parliament and administration, partial mobilization charges may be completed by next week.
One of the spokespersons of the publication explained that “Putin's decree on this matter may not be, because the federal law “On Mobilization and Preparation for Mobilization” decree does not provide for the completion of partial mobilization (provided only demobilization. – editor's note),” specified the source.
Another interviewee added that it was originally planned to complete the partial mobilization exactly by the end of October – beginning of November, so that it would not interfere with the call for conscripts, which it will start next Tuesday, November 1.
There is no official information yet on when the mobilization will end.
