According to the Scottish Daily Express, Village authorities Killeen in Scotland gave the Ukrainian refugees an ultimatum – to move out of the hotel in a very short time – within three weeks.

As the publication clarifies, the reason for the eviction was the cancellation of the contract by the Scottish government on the accommodation of refugees.

"This will force Ukrainian refugees to leave their residence in less than a month – Ukrainians living in the Killin Hotel have been given until November 18,' the report reads.

According to the hotel manager Parkhiv Vyas, what happened was , a complete surprise for him, because earlier the contract was extended by the authorities until March 31.

"Everything was confirmed with us… We did not foresee it. Everything was settled, Ukrainians got jobs, their children went to school,” he noted regretfully.
