The Golovinsk District Court in Moscow is preparing for consider the administrative protocol , drawn up in relation to the comedian Maxim Galkin (included in the register of foreign agents in the Russian Federation).
As stated in court, the protocol was drawn up due to the fact that Galkin did not provide a report on his activities as a foreign agent . According to the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses, a foreign agent faces a fine of 30,000 to 50,000 rubles for failure to provide information.
Galkin was included in the register of the Ministry of Justice in September. last year. In the summer of 2023, the court rejected his request to be removed from the register. The protocol, which the court received on October 17, was Galkin's first as a foreign agent.
Currently, the artist lives with his wife Alla Pugacheva and children in Israel. The other day, the comedian announced that he plans to travel to Europe for a concert tour in the near future.
