Lukashenko flew to Putin in Moscow

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko arrived in Moscow, where his talks with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin are scheduled. According to the telegram channel “Pool of the First”, the Belarusian leader's plane landed in the Russian capital at approximately 11:00 Moscow time.

Earlier in Minsk, it was stated that the partners would discuss a wide range of issues in bilateral relations. Lukashenko himself said he planned to study security, among other things, in connection with the events in Afghanistan. “Belarusians will not stay away,” he explained.

The Kremlin said that the issue of recognition of Minsk by the Russian status of Crimea was not on the agenda, but that work was planned on integration agreements. At the same time, after the talks between the presidents of the two countries, no documents are planned to be signed.

According to available data, Lukashenko and Putin will hold a press conference together after the negotiations.
