Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko in an interview with CNN suggested that the age of “his American colleague Joe Biden” be taken as the “main measure” of the country's governance.

At the age of 78, Biden became the oldest president in US history. The health of the American leader has also repeatedly been the subject of public debate.

Lukashenko, 67, therefore reminded that he has been in power for almost 30 years, but has still not reached the age of the US President.

“Let's take your patron's age in Washington as a guide. Why not? But don't worry, I won't reach this age, “the Belarusian president joked.

Lukashenko stressed that if a person can be president “as long as he wants and be elected by the people. “According to him, the president must be healthy and energetic in order to rule the country.

The Belarusian leader has threatened to remain the eternal president of the country unless the West stops its pressure on the republic.
