Lithuanian Defense Minister Arvyda Anusauskas announced that Vilnius will send another two million euros to Kyiv for the reconstruction of the energy sector.
Lithuanian energy companies have reportedly sent three million euros of aid to rebuild the Ukrainian energy sector. “Currently, another 2 million euros are being sent,” the head of the military department informed on social networks.
In addition, six trucks with 114 transformers were sent from Lithuania to Ukraine to restore the energy infrastructure. In total, the country intends to provide 252 transformers for free.
