According to him, it only makes sense to meet when it is “clearly and unambiguously” noted that the Norman format will deal with the implementation of the Minsk Agreement instead of trying to rewrite it. Until then, there is no point in meeting.
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba previously said that the Ukrainian side is preparing for a meeting of foreign ministers in the Normandy format. According to him, the parties have now agreed on a date for negotiations. He expressed hope that Lavrov “would dare to sit at the negotiating table.”
