Minister of Foreign Affairs Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said that it does not matter how many participants will be present at the negotiations in the “Normand format”, but the main thing is that they are attended by Russian President Vladimir Putin. The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said these words in an interview with the RBC-Ukraine agency. : If the Russian president has sat down at the negotiating table, then he gets up with an agreement. According to Kuleba, this is evidenced by the experience of the Paris Summit in 2019.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine therefore noted that the most important thing in the negotiations is the presence of Vladimir Putin. Kuleba also noted that there were no plans to change the “Normand format” of the Donbas negotiations.
