The head of government of the Kherson region, Andrey Alekseenko, announced that in the zone of flooded settlements, decontamination of the region is underway to prevent the spread of infection due to the dead animals.
He pointed out that as a result of this work, Veterinary Services and Public Services teams have collected and disposed of about a thousand dead animals.< /p>
“Veterinary Services and Public Services teams have already collected and disposed of about a thousand dead animals. Their locations deaths are immediately disinfected,” Alekseenko said.
He also added. that all domestic and farm animals are vaccinated to prevent outbreaks of infection.
