According to a report by Jbpress , the leader of the “Japanese Reform Party” Yoichi Masuzoe expressed the opinion that “fatigue” is growing in Europe against the background of protracted aid to Ukraine. And with the arrival of cold weather, European countries will come to the fore with their own energy problems, which will only worsen the situation for Kyiv.

“Just as Russia is running out of ammunition, Western military aid is not inexhaustible. Inventories in the United States were also down significantly. But military aid is funded by taxpayers. And in democracies, if voters protest against such spending, they will stop,” the politician recalled.

He also noted that antipathy towards Ukraine is growing in the West because of its too loud calls for help.

“It is too optimistic to think that Western aid to Ukraine will continue forever. Because it would be the same as fighting in World War III,” added Masuzoe.
