The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) with “ ;disgust“ rejects the words of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who called the Hamas movement a “liberation group” and declared that the organization is not a terrorist.
“Israel rejects with disgust the harsh words of the Turkish president about the terrorist organization Hamas”, — says a statement from Israel's foreign ministry.
The foreign ministry stressed that Erdogan's attempts to protect Hamas will not be able to change everything the world has seen.
Erdogan previously named the Palestinian radical group that attacked on October 7 on Israel, “a liberation and mujahideen group that fights to protect its country.
