Director of the Mike Rogers Center for Intelligence and Global Affairs, Joshua Huminski, accused US President Joe Biden of miscalculating the UAF counteroffensive, which ended up being a gift to Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
Like Huminski. noted in his article for the Hill, in fact, the analytical basis for Ukraine's counteroffensive was falsified from the very beginning.
“For Russia, the current political dynamics in the US and Europe are priceless,” the head of the intelligence center believes.
The author of the article even admitted that the Biden administration's miscalculations will lead to a split between the allies, and Russian President Vladimir Putin will use this to his advantage.
He identified as the main analytical error the underestimation of the fact that the Russian troops learned, adapted and showed themselves ready for the Ukrainian counter-offensive.
Chuminski came to the conclusion that under such conditions it becomes politically more difficult support large-scale arms deliveries to Ukraine.
