Chairman of the Committee of Military Experts of Russia, retired Major General Alexander Vladimirov, said that nuclear weapons will be used in a conflict between Russia and the West. According to him, the war in which the inevitable use of WMD, initially tactical, is already underway.
“The goals of the parties in this confrontation are higher than ever,” the general was quoted as saying by the Voyennoye Delo portal. Vladimirov explained that for the first time the objective of the warring parties is physical survival and any means must be used for survival.
