< p > According to Sobolev, Russians who did not serve may be involved in additional fees – to obtain a military registration specialty. According to him, if citizens are of military age, but have not left the mobilization reserve, then training camps can attract them. But in the training camp for citizens who are in reserve, they have nothing to do.“First they have to get a military registration specialty,” Sobolev remarked again.
