Foreign Policy Edition announced that an increasing number of cannons are failing in Ukraine as Western artillery wears out.
According to the authors of the publication, US President Joe Biden was previously approached by a group of congressmen who asked him to start supplying cluster munitions to Ukraine. Such actions are necessary to overcome the problems of shortage of Western ammunition and weapons.
“Stockpiles of artillery shells in Ukraine are currently critically low. Among other things, a large number of weapons failed due to wear and tear,” the article notes.
