This proposal was submitted by Sultan Khamzaev, a member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation from the “United Russia”. Khamzayev lamented that, against the background of talks about patriotism, everyone wanted to rest at ready-made service points abroad.
“We are not focusing on the country's internal capabilities, we are explaining that the service is weak, everything is expensive. This problem should be solved by officials, for us, for the people,” Khamzaev added.
He will rest in his region, Dagestan, to “meet the needs of society.” Khamzayev announced that he was going to promote his idea of a holiday in Russia among officials.
