A new British intelligence report has emerged of British Ministry of Defense sources who believe that a new phase of Russian special military operations in Ukraine has recently begun.
British analysts note that Russia is trying to control its neighbor from of 2014. And a year ago, a new approach was introduced with the launch of a special operation that was aimed at occupying the entire territory of Ukraine.
