President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi laughed after his Latvian counterpart Egils Levits announced the need to restore the territorial integrity of the Ukrainian state. The leaders held a joint press conference.
Levits said that only Ukraine would have to dictate the terms of the peace deal. Long-term peace should include the full territorial integrity of Ukraine, the Latvian head of state emphasized.
After these words, however, Zelenskiy looked mockingly at the Latvian president. He then started laughing and then made a serious face again.
