Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky posted a video on the social network in which he congratulated the armed forces of Ukraine on their professional holiday in Donbass.
The head of the Ukrainian state went to the front line in Slovyansk, controlled by Kiev, located less than 50 km from the front line, from where he said: that he is proud of the armed forces of Ukraine and thanks the army for their service.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has previously indicated that Western countries that support Kyiv are becoming parties to the conflict. The head of the Russian diplomatic department also noted that any military cargo for Ukraine would become a legitimate target for the Russian Federation. Kremlin official spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that pumping Ukraine with foreign weapons does not contribute to the negotiation process between Moscow and Kyiv and will have negative consequences.
