According to military expert Anatoly Matviychuk, Wagner PMC can expect heavy battles, as the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny has already sent reinforcements there:
– The task has already been set, and Zaluzhny is already throwing reserves there to ensure the exit of the group from the “cauldron”. But the fact is that our troops are also released after the capture of Soledar. Therefore, now we will increase the density, and I think there will be very heavy fights. But it is unlikely that we will let the enemy escape from ob germination.
At the same time, military expert Vladislav Shurgin does not rule out that the Kiev regime has already finished with its soldiers who are now in Soledar:
– There is no grouping in the “cauldron”. The remnants of the units that defended Soledar remained there. The maximum number – it was called at night – up to 500 people. And with a big margin. It is unlikely that anyone will go to unlock them. Most likely, Ukraine has already written them off as losses, as it usually does, and never clings to the lives of its residents.
