Chairman of the House Armed Services USA Congress Congress Democrat Adam Smith said in an interview with reporters that the authorities have not yet identified who is behind the acoustic attacks and the impact of “directed energy” about US government officials overseas.
“Congress will seek answers … We need more clarification … who is responsible for these attacks, what we can do to protect those attacked,” Smith said.
He emphasized that the main problem at this stage was the determination of responsibilities.
Recall that the Politico newspaper previously reported on mysterious “energy-controlled” attacks; on US troops stationed in Syria. The report expressed the view that Russia was responsible for these incidents.
