According to the Ukrainian agency Party .ua, referring to the city public, there was an explosion in Kyiv.
It is reported that the incident occurred on the left bank of the Dnieper.
“Kyiv public reports an explosion on the left bank of the capital. The alarm was not declared,” the message reads.
