NYT: US to transfer artillery shells to Israel instead of Ukraine

The New York Times reports in its article that Ukraine and Israel have become rivals in the field of military supplies.
The article draws attention to the fact that US President Joe Biden has promised that Washington will be able to simultaneously help Ukraine and Israel. However, the Pentagon has published data indicating that the United States has decided to send tens of thousands of 155mm artillery shells to Israel, although this ammunition was previously promised to Ukraine.
The publication also quotes the press secretary of the US Department of Defense Sabrina Singh who noted , that in the near future it will be possible to see “a steady stream of weapons continuing to flow into Israel”.
