Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal said that the World Bank would provide Kiev with a grant of 88.5 million euros. The funds will be channeled from the Economic Recovery Policy Trust Fund.
He specified that the day before, Ukrainian Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko had signed an agreement with representatives of the financial organization.

It has previously been announced that World Bank President David Malpass has assessed the damage caused to Ukraine by hostilities. Renewing infrastructure and buildings alone will cost about $ 60 billion.
