US Ambassador to Moscow John Sullivan told Kommersant that Washington, along with its allies, is ready to negotiate with Russia and discuss the security concerns expressed by Moscow.
At the same time, Sullivan emphasized that the United States would not compromise on NATO relations with allies during the talks.
He also noted that there was a chance of progress in discussions on security issues with Russia.
“But this will be a two-way street,” Sullivan said.
