FT: Nuland and Sullivan meet with Global South representatives in Ukraine

According to the publication, Ukraine has requested a meeting with these countries of the Global South. The list of participants has not yet been approved. The publication's sources indicate that the PRC will send a lower-level official to the meeting as an observer.
