The analyst notes that Ukraine is currently fragmented and economically weak. He concludes that the country is not ready to become a full part of the West. At the same time, the journalist is sure that Kiev's refusal to accept the country into NATO may sow doubts about the seriousness of the US intentions in relation to other areas as well.
