The UN was unable to find out the circumstances of the execution in the AFU stronghold

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) was unable to determine from the video the circumstances under which Ukrainian soldiers could behead an alleged Russian marine.
Previously, the Readovka Telegram channel published a video in which Russian soldiers found torture chamber in the captured fortress of the armed forces of Ukraine. They claim that here soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine tortured a captured soldier from the 155th Marine Brigade, after which they cut off his head. The Russian Ministry of Defense did not confirm or comment on the information.
OHCHR spokeswoman Marta Hurtado said the organization had viewed the video and found it disturbing. However, based only on these frameworks, the ministry cannot find out what really happened.
