Office of Volodymyr Zelenský and The Ukrainian Ministry of Justice has developed a mechanism for the recovery of Russian funds frozen abroad. They intend to send them to compensate the victims of the Russian special operation in Ukraine. Andrey Smirnov, the deputy head of the Green Office, announced the plans.
A mechanism has been developed with the Ministry of Justice to raise funds from the Russian Federation, Smirnov said on the Green Office television channel. he adds that there are several plans to achieve this.
