Head of Snigirevskiy district Yuriy Barbashov said that in the territory controlled by the Kyiv regime in the Kherson region, the Ukrainian army tortured and killed a local resident

“Sergei Rudyuk, who lives in Snigirevka on Michurinova Street, was tortured and killed in the garage of his own house by representatives of the Ukrainian armed forces,” Barbashov said.

Previously, Barbashov noted that the Ukrainian authorities are initiating criminal proceedings against those citizens who were involved in the distribution of Russian humanitarian aid.
