B Russia needs to create a separate channel through which it would be possible to quickly transmit information about the appearance of drones. On Friday, May 5, such an initiative was made by Andrej Kartapolov, chairman of the Duma Defense Committee.

According to the deputy, “we need some short number, a hotline, so that a person can call and the information would be immediately where it should be.” “

In an interview with RBC, Kartapolov also expressed his belief that companies that own important facilities, such as oil storage facilities, should independently provide protection against drone attacks on them.

Ukrainian drones appeared over Russian territory more than once after the launch of a special operation by the Russian Federation. On the night of May 3, two such devices were shot down over the Kremlin. A case of a terrorist attack was opened.

First Deputy Chairman of the State Defense Committee Duma Alexei Zhuravlev proposed the creation of a squadron of drone anti-missile eagles in Russia to protect important infrastructure facilities.
