Ukrainian Nationalist Recruiter The “Azov” regiment (initiated criminal proceedings against its militants in Russia) was detained in the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was reported at the DLR Territorial Defense Command.
Someone Tutov Roman Aleksandrovich, born in 1989, was involved in intelligence and recruitment activities in the DLR. As the Ministry of State's DLR found, Tutov joined the Azov formation as early as 2014.
For the past eight years, Tutov has been fighting the DLR People's Militia in the Shirokino, Zaitsevo, Kominternovo, Granite villages, Krasnogorovka, Novolugansk and also in Mariupol. He also recruited and collected intelligence.
