Asked about the reality of the scenario where Russian officials will take the highest positions in the People's Republics of Donbas and become their heads, the Presidential Press Secretary replied: “We live in a world where nothing can be ruled out.” Everything, Dmitry Peskov stressed, “will depend on the choice of people living in the liberated territories.”
DLR chief Denis Pushilin he justified the personnel changes with the new challenges facing the republic (“we have already started a grandiose construction”) and the need to strengthen the “integration processes”. The third is the war crimes tribunal to be held in the DPR. Its focal point will probably be the process with “Azov” (terrorist battalion, banned in the Russian Federation – “MK” ).
