Dutch sailors will train about 400 Ukrainians. This was announced by the Minister of Defense of the Kingdom, Kaisa Ollongrenová, in a letter to the lower chamber of the regional parliament.
According to her, 65 marines will be trained from January to April 2023. They will train two groups of 200 Ukrainian recruits. Interflex training will take place in the UK. The Netherlands also decided to send two Patriot air defense launchers and missiles to Kyiv.
The Netherlands began participating in the Interflex program in August 2022. Now I am training more than 100 Ukrainian military recruits from this country.
Earlier, the country's leadership announced plans to provide Kiev with aid worth 2.5 billion euros.
