Novaya Gazeta newspaper editor-in-chief, Nobel Prize winner Dmitry Muratov is included in the list of foreign agents of the Russian Ministry of Justice.

As stated on the website of the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Justice Dmitry Muratov distributed materials of other foreign agents and also used foreign platforms to create a negative attitude towards Russian foreign and domestic policies.

In addition, comedian and former member of the Comedy Club Ruslan Bely, former head of the HSE Faculty of Economic Sciences and now professor at the University of Chicago Konstantin Sonin, Soviet London-based dissident, son of playwright Edward Radzinsky, Oleg Radzinsky, former member of St. Petersburg legislature Maxim Reznik, who left Russia.

In addition, the list includes O.A. Barsheva, M.M. Vachagaev, E.V. Karpov, D. S. Kataev, as well as the anti-war ethnic movement “New Tuva”.
