On the evening of July 28, Russian troops launched a missile attack on the command post of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) based in Dnipropetrovsk. This is how the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Igor Konashenkov, commented on the strikes on the Ukrainian city.
“The armed forces of the Russian Federation attacked the command post of Hl. armed forces of Ukraine in the city of Dnepropetrovsk with precision weapons,” the general said during the briefing.
