The Russian Ministry of Defense's press service said that the Russian armed forces were not launching any missile, artillery or air strikes on Ukrainian cities.
It is said that military infrastructure, military airports, aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and air defense equipment are shelled with high-precision weapons.
“The civilian population of Ukraine does not endanger anything,” notes RIA Novosti with reference to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
