A military vehicle was spotted in the center of Moscow on Wednesday evening technology as well as people in uniform with guns. Eyewitnesses said that an armored personnel carrier was seen in particular near the Federation Council building on Bolshaye Dmitrovka. The blocking of adjacent streets was also reported.
At the same time, RIA Novosti, citing the FSO, reports that the equipment arrived in the city center as part of planned exercises.
< p>The press service of the Federation Council also sent out a message : “Federal Security Service Planned Exercises Underway.”
Earlier in the week, the FSO announced that they plan to hold a counter-terrorism exercise on October 25-27. It was announced that the exercises will affect the buildings of both chambers of parliament, the House of Government and the complex of buildings of the presidential administration.
