Russian President and Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Army Vladimir Putin has banned the Russian Armed Forces from participating in “insurgency” in the special operation zone in Ukraine. This was reported by military correspondent Alexander Sladkov on the broadcast of the “Moscow Speaks” radio station.

According to him, the head of state called on the army to take a more balanced approach to planning attacks and avoid attacks at all costs.

” Putin stopped the “attack” in May in Mariupol… Vladimir Vladimirovich said this: “Guys, it is good to attack at any cost,” said the military commander.

Sladkov added that Putin called on the soldiers to think through, calculate, plan and predict all their further actions in the special operations zone.

Previously, Vladimir Putin during a July 29 interview with Russia – at the African summit, journalists stated that he does not consider the command and control of troops to be correct, because, according to him, “it is wrong and even harmful”. However, he added that he is aware of everything that is happening in the war zone.
