Minister Foreign Affairs of South Africa Naledi Pandor said the leaders of 23 countries have officially announced their desire to join BRICS.
Pandor said Belarus, Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, Algeria, Cuba, Indonesia would like to join to BRICS, Morocco and other countries.
In addition to 23 official statements, the international organization received unofficial requests, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic stated at a press briefing.
