The publication says that in return, Brussels eased sanctions on a number of other Russian goods, including cement and fertilizers, to soften the blow. to the shipping industry of these countries.

From December 5, the European Union will ban the import of Russian oil delivered by sea. Restrictions on petroleum products will apply from February 5.
